Application terms

Effective date: October 26, 2026.

Authorized business use

Junior Bookkeeping is a private integration operated under the Nexa Growth Lab brand for approved businesses. A company representative must have authority to connect its QuickBooks company and instruct the assistant. Authorization for one company does not authorize access to another.

Bookkeeping workflow

The assistant supports bookkeeping review, reporting, missing-information follow-up, and user-requested bookkeeping actions. AI suggestions can contain errors. Unknown transaction facts must be clarified with an authorized user. Accounting records and proposed adjustments should be reviewed before reliance or filing.

Limits of the service

This integration does not supply public access to company books, initiate payments, file tax returns, or replace the company's accountant, tax preparer, or legal adviser. Third-party services, including Intuit, OpenAI, Google, and Cloudflare, have their own applicable terms and availability limits.

Disconnecting

An authorized company representative may revoke Intuit access through QuickBooks and ask the operator to remove the local connection. Existing business records are handled as described in the privacy notice and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Support

Questions and connection removal requests can be directed to info@nexagrowthlab.com. There is no public self-service sign-up for this integration.
